An Artist known as architecture ??mom art??, remarking on being able to reflect the requirements and values of the time. My option to study this subject at College comes from this concept. Architecture has always separated itself because the perfect profession for me personally. It had been at age 9 which i truly understood what architecture was when i was prior to the Sagrada Familia on the family holiday. I had been shocked using the intricate detail from the impressive masterpiece by Gaudi.建筑学 Personal Statement
It was during a family holiday in continental Europe, when we passed through Barcelona that I was enlightened to the true meaning and power of Architecture. Antonio Gaudi is Barcelona’s most famous and beloved architect, he gave the people iconic architectural monuments which are idealized and internationally renowned to this day. Since the day I first stepped foot in that city and saw those breathtaking buildings there has been no shadow of doubt in my mind that I wished to pursue a career as an Architect. 7 years later all that has changed is that my determination to achieve this goal has grown and to this end I have done all that I could to further my knowledge of this field and fulfill the academic requirements for entry.

It is difficult to ignore the accelerating growth of urbanization, caused by profound changes in the world economics. This is, particularly, evident in the arena of rapidly developing countries like China, where the expansion of urban space is currently facing a shortage of professional designers, predominantly, due to the lack of Chinese universities specializing in this field. Being an enthusiastic and determined person, I am prepared to take an advantage of the created opportunities, especially, for the reason that Urban Design has become a major subject not only of my studies but also interest.

When I first began my undergraduate studies, I soon realized I found satisfaction in the art of design. I studied many fields during my first few years in college, including engineering, only to find some were unfulfilling. I was interested in expanding my knowledge of how the built environment affected our daily outcomes with others. When younger, I would observe how our environment produced positive and negative outcomes among people and was fascinated by the idea of how they could be altered.
